COMMODORE PERRY SCHOOL BOARD MEETING

Board Personnel:
 | At the December 3, 2001 reorganization meeting, newly elected Members
Mrs. Cathy Adsit, Mr. Tom Cusick, and Mrs. Pamela Smith were seated.
|
| The Board reelected Mr. Jeffrey Landfried as President. Mrs. Marie
Vandervort was elected as Vice President.
|
Personnel:
| The Board approved the addition of Mrs. Diane Rodax and Ms. Jennifer
Ferguson to the continuing list of substitutes.
|
| The Board approved Ms. Roberta Sherbondy as long term substitute for Ms.
Benna Ewig during the second semester.
|
Academic Affairs:
| The Board approved a home school affidavit and approved a 5th grade
student's enrollment in the Midwestern Intermediate Unit IV distance education program.
|
Operations:
| The Board approved the final proposal submitted by Invensys, Inc. for
the energy saving project and authorized Citicorp to provide the lease/purchase financing
associated with the project.

| The Board granted permission to the Mercer County Hall of Fame to place
a plaque in the trophy case honoring Commodore Perry students and others affiliated with
the school named to the Mercer County Hall of Fame.
