COMMODORE PERRY SCHOOL BOARD MEETING

January 21^st, 2002

Board Personnel:

The Board appointed Mr. Raymond Schroer as Board member representing the Sandy Creek, Deer Creek, Sheakleyville region.

Personnel:

	The Board approved the addition of Alicia Foulk, Laura Pratt, Susan Solomon, Allen Moran, and Marsha Tuchek to the list of substitutes.
	The Board accepted intent to retire letters from Mrs. Nancy Landfried, Mrs. Janet Hetrick, Mrs. Marian Whiteside, and Mrs. Sue Ann Garner.

Academic Affairs:

	The Board approved attendance by Mr. Oliver Rodax or Mrs. Robin Johnson at the PASBO conference in Hershey, PA on March 12-15, 2002.
	The Board approved attendance by Mrs. Julia Karns at the PASNAP conference at Penn State March 15-17, 2002.
	The Board approved homebound education for an elementary student.

Operations:

The Board approved participation of the District in the 2002-03 Title I consortium sponsored by Midwestern Intermediate Unit IV.

The Board approved 4th quarter of 2001 summaries for the Activity Account and the Athletic Account.

The Board approved 2002-2003 athletic ticket prices as follows:

	Adult	$3.00
	Sr. Citizen	$2.00
	College Student (with ID)	$2.00
	Student	$2.00

The Board approved the Plancon K document supporting the recent bond refinancing.

The Board approved a resolution supporting the nomination of James Foster to fill a vacant seat until April on the Midwestern Intermediate Unit IV Board of Directors.
