COMMODORE PERRY SCHOOL BOARD MEETING

August 19^th, 2002

John Schiemer was appointed as a School Director representing Perry Township replacing Diane Marshall.

The Board approved the following employee agreements:

	CPEA
	Administrator's Compensation Plan (Act 93)
	Business Manager's Compensation Plan
	Cafeteria Employees Agreement

The Board accepted resignations from the following:

	Mrs. Marcia Reichard Health Room Aide
	Mr. James Foster School Director/Perry Township

The Board approved the employment of the following:

Assistant Soccer Coach
Asst.Jr.Hi Girls Basketball Coach
Health Room Aide
School Doctor
Solicitor
Labor Attorney
Auditors
Dental Hygienist
Security

The Board approved the list of students to be home schooled during 2002-2003.

	The Board approved Chess Service, Inc. as the transportation providers to the Amish schools in the area.
	The Board approved Reed Oil as gasoline/diesel fuel provider for school buses.
	The Board approved the athletic account report summary for the 2nd quarter of 2002.
	The Board approved budgetary transfers to close the 2001-2002 Budget.
	The Board approved the Headstart agreement.
	The Board approved a $1/month increase in the price of Kindergarten snacks.
