Personnel
 | The Board approved the addition of Karen Pilgram, Frank Little, Holli Murray, and Heidi
Warren to the list of substitutes. |
| The Board approved Mrs. Cecelia Bayuk as coordinator for elementary girls basketball and
Mr. Jay Carlson as coordinator for elementary boys basketball. |
| The Board approved Randy Greathouse, Tyrone Cashdollar and Chris Straub as elementary
wrestling coaches. |
| The Board approved workshops for the following:

Academic Affairs
| The Board approved Mr. David Snyder as the new 9th Grade class advisor, replacing Mrs.
Nancy Mutdosch. |
Operations
| The Board approved a 5-year agreement with Francis Turner, Chess Service, Inc. and
Pilgram School Transport, Inc., for public and nonpublic transportation of Commodore Perry
School District students. The Board also approved 2002-2003 compensation contracts for the
bus contractors. |
| The Board approved the use of facilities applications submitted for a gospel program. |
| The Board approved the proposal submitted by Sheehan Plumbing to repair the storm drain. |
| The Board approved budgetary transfers to the current year budget. |
| The Board approved a resolution to establish a capital reserve fund in the amount of
$200,000.00.
