Richter, Steven Montelone, Daniel Moss, and Kathleen Maxwell to the list of substitutes. |
| The Board accepted the resignation of Fred Scriven and the subsequent employment of
Darren King as Jr. High wrestling coach. |
| The Board approved Wade DeHaas as Elementary wrestling coordinator and Matt Roberts as
7th Grade boys basketball coach. |
| The Board approved workshops for the following:

| The Board adopted revisions to Policy #113 Special Education and adopted Policy #113.1

Operations
| The Board approved an agreement with Quality Mechanical Services, Inc. for HVAC service. |
| The Board approved the use of facilities applications submitted for a 3 on 3 basketball
tournament and a New Year's Eve gospel program. |
| The Board approved an agreement with Bob Hamilton for tuning the District's pianos. |
| The Board approved a Medicaid Reimbursement Agreement. |
| The Board approved the response to the State Audit Report for the years ending June 30,
1999 and June 30, 2000. |
| The Board approved budgetary transfers to close the 2001-02 budget. |
| The Board approved 3rd Quarter summaries for the student activity fund and the athletic
fund. |
| The Board approved the joint purchasing agreement for 2003-04 coordinated by Midwestern
Intermediate Unit IV.
