Personnel
 | Katie L. Christiansen and Elizabeth Dowell were added to the substitute list. |
 | Mr. Stahlman was approved to attend the New Superintendent's Academy June 21-22, 2004. |
 | Mrs. Maureen Werwie was employed as High School Secretary effective June 7, 2004. |
 | As requested, Mrs. Karns retirement date was changed from December 31, 2004 to June 3,
2005. |
 | Mrs. Devey, Mrs. Hetrick, and Mrs. Kitchen were approved to attend the Educators in the
Workplace summer program sponsored by the Mercer County School to Work Initiative. |
Academic Affairs
 | Homebound instruction was approved for an 11th grade student. |
 | The tentative graduation list was approved. |
Operations
 | It was approved to amend the District's Professional Education Plan to include an
ESL/Bilingual statement. |
 | A resolution was adopted to authorize the implementation of a 401(a)/403(b) plan for
retirement payouts to employees. |
 | A resolution was adopted to authorize the establishment of a trust based health care
savings plan. |
 | Athletic transportation bids for 2004-05 were approved. |
 | The 2004-05 budget totaling $7,128,860 was approved. |
 | Tax levies to support the 2004-2005 budget were approved at the following rates: |

 | First National Bank of Pennsylvania was approved as the District's Treasurer/Depository
for the general, payroll, activity, athletic and cafeteria funds for 2004-05. |
 | First National Bank of Pennsylvania, National City Bank, Mercer County State Bank,
Skybank, Citizens Bank, PNC, Pennsylvania Local Government Investment Trust, Pennsylvania
School Districts Liquid Asset Fund, and the INVEST Program of the State Treasurer were
approved as temporary investment depositories. |

 | The application for the use of the cafeteria for the Hadley High School reunion was
approved. |
